Google to Implement Anti-Piracy Code in Search Results by June 1st

Together with other Search Engine Companies, the renowned effective builder Google is nearby to confirm an agreement to apply anti-piracy code in its search results. This code will be completely focusing on eliminating the presence of links to copyright infringing materials in search.

As stated by TorrentFreak, it is assured that all partners have agreed to launch this anti-piracy code by June 1, 2017. This commitment was first triggered by the roundtable discussion held by the UK’s Intellectual Property Office.

Regardless of the supreme actions made by Google to remove the links to copyright infringing content, the entertainment industry credits search giant to take more steps towards it. This made Google to finalize this agreement policy.

Baroness Buscombe an English Barrister stated her views regarding this prime action, Let us look through it now,

“While there are still elements of detail to be settled, the group is now agreed on the key content of the code and I expect an agreement to be reached very soon.”

Another fact is that, we can avert the UK government from forcing the company to do so once Google deliberately confess on initiating such a code to its search results.

Baroness Buscombe also continues on saying that,

“The search engines involved in this work have been very co-operative, making changes to their algorithms and processes, but also working bilaterally with creative industry representatives to explore the options for new interventions, and how existing processes might be streamlined.”

It is clearly made into note that this UK based agreement will certainly induce pressure on Google to construct the same in the United States too.
